Drawing together service user involvement, volunteering and consultation activities, Quality Consultants observe and monitor the quality and standard of the services we deliver and influence our future work.
Quality Consultants are service users and tenants of Southdown who are offered intensive training and ongoing support to build on and develop their existing skills, to enable them to carry out housing service reviews and other consultation activities.
