Southdown had a full Board member who was also a service user between 2003 and 2008. Following his retirement in 2008 from the Board we are committed to recruiting further service users to our Board and during the latter part of 2009 will run an introduction and training programme open to service users who wish to consider getting involved in the Board and governance of Southdown.
