Satisfaction Survey 2009

The 2009 Service User Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for service users to give their feedback on how well Southdown has supported them throughout the year.

The views of our service users are very important to us. We want to hear what we do well and where we need to improve. This survey is one way that you can get involved and influence the decisions that we make about the way our organisation is run in the future.

We want to make sure that what matters to you about the service Southdown provides is included, so we will be asking our service user involvement groups to help us design the survey.

During September, around 3,000 service users will receive a copy of the survey. Please make your voice heard by filling it in and sending it back to us. Once we have analysed all the data, we will provide a summary of the results together with all the comments to the senior management in Southdown.

We promise to let you know what we are going to do as a result of your feedback and will publish both the results and our plans in next February’s issue of SHAring.
