Service user newsletter ‘SHAring’
Southdown produces a quarterly newsletter. The editorial team for the newsletter is service user led with the support of Southdown staff. 80% of the content of the newsletter is service user contributions but the newsletter is also used to communicate about action we take based on feedback from service users.
