Preston Park Resource Centre

Southdown's Preston Park Resource Centre in Brighton provides day support, as part of a care package, for service users with mental health problems aged 18 - 65. We work with service users to improve their mental health, increase their confidence and to assist them with gaining more control over their lives.

Each service user has a development plan and we work together to achieve goals. Our current seasonal programme offers a range of therapeutic activities, from surfing the world wide web at the internet cafe to the Voice Hearers support group.  Service users are encouraged to have a say in how the centre is run by attending the monthly service user forum or individual link sessions with their allocated worker.

We can provide minibus transport for service users with special needs. A freshly prepared lunch is available daily. For further information or to make a referral to the centre please click here to Contact Us for further information.
